Leila Bardales

Leila Bardales is a Project Manager at North Star Alliances. In the role she aligns her business acumen with a passion for community outreach initiatives. Leila is responsible for developing client project strategies as well as overseeing and executing day-to-day client deliverables. She currently manages multiple projects for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), one of which involves overseeing a large community-based organization partnership program for Measure M-funded projects.

Leila's diverse business background combines 15 years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager in the Contingent Workforce Industry and 5 years as a Small Business owner, founding California Modern Woodworks with her husband. As an account manager, Leila has worked with clients across multiple industries including entertainment, technology, and banking. Her prior clients include Apple, LinkedIn, University of Southern California, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Leila attended Brooks Institute of Photography and Pasadena City College. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and enjoys spending her free time volunteering at animal shelters in Los Angeles.
