Ernesto Morales III

Ernesto Morales has been with North Star Alliances for over 7 years, and serves as a Field Supervisor. In this role, Ernesto supports staff supervision and coordination at client events, which requires constant oversight of all staff on-the-ground and quick decision making skills should staffing adjustments be needed in real time. Ernesto has supported client events that include L.A. Care Health Plan, Optum, and Google events. Ernesto has also been a part of and completed events such as the White House Initiative Latino Economic Summit, East Los Angeles Christmas Parade, and various health care initiatives.

In addition to his staff oversight duties at events, Ernesto also supports day-to-day warehouse work operations, including inventory, staff, and warehouse management. His dual-pronged responsibilities at events and in the warehouse enable him to be strategic about how supplies and staff capacity are best utilized to serve NSA clients.
