Milissa Kazuko Douponce is the lead marketing strategist for North Star Alliances. She is a seasoned marketing executive with over 30 years experience, and is known for her compelling creative, strategic partnerships and innovative thinking that she pairs with quantifiable results for her clients. Milissa’s big brand experience ranges from consumer package goods, toys, sporting goods, financial services, pharma, tech and content including linear television, streaming and theatrical film both domestic and international.

Before joining NSA Milissa worked at AppleTV+ and Hulu. She has also held positions of Senior Vice President, Photography and Marketing Operations and Vice President, International Marketing for Sony Pictures Entertainment. She began her career in advertising at Grey Global and McCann in New York working on Procter & Gamble products, Hasbro, Domino’s Pizza, Dannon, Novartis, Mars, Kohler. Milissa then transitioned to entertainment working for NBCUniversal Television, NBC Studios and Telemundo in Burbank and New York.

Milissa’s holds a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Visual Design and Marketing from California State University, Sacramento.
