Erika Hernandez-Rodriguez serves as a Project Coordinator for North Star Alliances. In her NSA role she provides strategic counsel, client management, and project management support. She also supports event planning and logistics for many NSA clients, including Cabrera Capital and the Center for Nonprofit Management.
Erika previously served over 10 years as Regional Supervisor at ResCare Workforce Services, an employment support and retention contract in Orange County, where she oversaw contract compliance and supported adherence to federal, state, and local policies for the West Region. She led and contributed to program performance and contractual statistical reporting.
